Our remuneration policy is based on the applicable collective agreements. These range from the federal general collective agreement for the construction industry to in-house collective agreements. In addition to fair remuneration principles, we guarantee punctual and high-quality payroll accounting with individual advice by our internal payroll accounting department. It goes without saying that we will offer you attractive additional collective benefits which include capital-building subsidies or company pension schemes.
