    Compensation and benefits

Our remuneration policy is based on the applicable collective agreements. These range from the federal general collective agreement for the construction industry to in-house collective agreements. In addition to fair remuneration principles, we guarantee punctual and high-quality payroll accounting with individual advice by our internal payroll accounting department. It goes without saying that we will offer you attractive additional collective benefits which include capital-building subsidies or company pension schemes. In addition to these basic remuneration components, we offer our employees a wide range of additional benefits. For example, you can obtain advice on your private insurance portfolio and benefit from corresponding framework agreements. You can make use of the services of our company's own car service shop for private vehicles, secure employee discounts from numerous cooperation partners and much more.

    Application tips

The Max Bögl Group prefers online applications via our career portal. By doing this, your application can be quickly assigned and forwarded within the system, thus shortening the selection process and waiting time. However, the type of application has no effect on the selection process itself. A meaningful application should consist of a cover letter, a complete curriculum vitae and certificates. The curriculum vitae should particularly emphasize all points relevant to the position desired.

In addition, references from previous employers can be added. If you are interested in a further open position after your first application, click "Apply now" in the selected job advertisement. In the page that appears, the next step is logging in with your acces data (user name, password) via the link "Login Career Portal" and you can thus use your data from the previous application. Please check the existing data for up-to-dateness and adjust it if necessary. Add a current cover letter and any other relevant documents to the existing file attachments.
