Six buildings with three to five floors are planned, for the turnkey construction of which the modular construction system "maxmodul" from Max Bögl will be used. Between Ursinusstraße and Ingolstädter Straße in Manching-Niederstimm, an attractive residential quarter with 50 to 90 square meters of apartments as well as an underground car park and outside parking spaces is being built. Around 420 individual modules will be produced for almost 7,000 square meters of living space in the modern factory production facility at the Bachhausen location. The fast and precisely fitting assembly of the components with prefabricated finishing elements enables a short construction time of only ten months - including the finishing and construction of the underground car park. A special focus is on the preservation of the existing green spaces and the attractive design of the new building site. For example, green open spaces and children's playgrounds are planned within the residential area. Completion of the new apartments is planned for early summer 2019.
