Well thought-out preparation
Another special feature of the façade of the "NeuerMarkt" quarter, in addition to its appearance and material, is the fact that it is self-supporting in the vertical direction.
Precisely fitting assembly
The individual frames are connected to each other with individual bars and corresponding infill or filling. The stainless steel fixing elements were already doweled to the concrete facade of the shell before the prefabricated elements were assembled - each individual doweled is tightened with a precisely defined torque. The prefabricated elements are later hooked into these elements for back anchoring.
