The modular construction of the building with around 1,300 square metres of living space began in October 2017, and the topping-out ceremony was already celebrated in November.

Key handover for maxmodul apartment building. Successful first cooperation between Vonovia SE and Max Bögl Modul AG: After a construction period of just four months, the new residential building "Am Schwarzen Steg" in Bayreuth was handed over to the tenants in mid-February.
