Changes in the Supervisory Board and Executive Board

In order to do justice to the future strategic orientation of Max Bögl, we would like to inform you about the following changes in the management level of the Max Bögl Group: Following the retirement of Dieter Klinger, a long-standing member of the Supervisory Board, shareholder Johann Bögl will fill the position on the Supervisory Board and at the same time assume its chairmanship.

Changes in the Supervisory Board and Executive Board

Stefan Bögl has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board, his deputy is Michael Bögl. Josef Knitl takes over the Wind Division as a new member of the Executive Board. Markus Richthammer will become a new member of the Group Management Board on 1 July 2017. In his capacity as Chief Industry Officer, he will in future be responsible for module construction, steel construction, corporate development, lean and BIM. Roland Zemler will leave the Executive Board in a new position as Chief Representative and will assume special responsibilities for the Group and its shareholders in addition to his legal and compliance responsibilities. Michael Bögl will assume the responsibilities of Roland Zemler's Management Board department.
