The successful mix of retail and office space underlines the urban flair of the up-and-coming City West. US investor and real estate developer Hines is investing around 130 million euros in the modern office and commercial building designed by Hascher Jehle Architektur. The striking solitary building opposite the Zoologischer Garten railway station combines an underground car park, outstanding office space and attractive retail space on six aboveground and two underground floors. The different uses will be recognizable by the levels of the façade that are shifted against each other.
