On ten staggered half levels, whose top parking level also forms the roof for the rest of the building, 827 parking spaces are distributed in split-level construction. As a further developed counterpart, the multi-storey car park II impresses with its newly designed construction and execution details. A high-strength and thus very dense concrete was used for the construction by means of precast reinforced concrete elements, so that a coating of the parking decks could be completely dispensed with. The building can therefore be classified as very low-maintenance and has an enormously high sustainability due to its documented service life of over 50 years.
