Max Bögl was therefore commissioned with the turnkey construction of a building with 36 residential units in modular design. The construction will be carried out using Maxmodul, the company's own housing construction system. With the start of construction at the beginning of May and completion in mid-August 2016, the client, the District Office of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, received a building ready for occupancy in the shortest construction time, which creates high-quality living space and the best feel-good ambience on three floors. The high degree of prefabrication of the series-produced components in the factory means that it offers cost-effective living space of the highest quality.
