Up to 1,000 employees from the Group's medical technology division are to move into the building complex in the fall of 2017. On almost 20,000 square meters of office and usable space, the four-story new building comprises a modern, open work landscape with plenty of daylight and a spacious conference area including a foyer on the ground floor. Below this is an underground car park with around 220 parking spaces for cars and 120 for bicycles. The Max Bögl group of companies in Arge is responsible for the turnkey construction of the representative office building. The new headquarters will set standards in terms of sustainability. The aim is to achieve certification according to the highest national (DGNB) and international (LEED) criteria for sustainable construction.
