In May 2016, the asphalt road surface was paved in the Scheibengipfel tunnel under the "Achalm". A premiere for Max Bögl: Because the paving was carried out according to the principles of road construction 4.0 - using the construction process management software BPO Asphalt. With the real-time system "BauProzessOptimierung", or BPO for short, the Max Bögl Group hopes to improve control of the entire asphalt paving process and logistics from production to delivery and paving - and thus optimize the entire construction process.

BSB – Betonschwelle Bögl

Die Firmengruppe Max Bögl fertigt als qualifizierter und zertifizierter Lieferant der Deutschen Bahn AG mit modernen Produktionsanlagen am Standort Sengenthal Betonschwellen vom Typ B 70

W 54 bzw. B 70 W 60, geeignet für die Schiene S 54 und UIC 60. Beide Spannbetonschwellen haben eine Länge von 2,40 m bzw. 2,60 m bei maximalen Querschnittsabmessungen von 30 x 21 cm und einem Einzelgewicht von etwa 300 kg. Die Produktionsanlage hat eine Jahreskapazität von 300.000 Betonschwellen Bögl.

Mit der Herstellung von hochwertigen Eisenbahnschwellen, einem Produkt für den konventionellen Schotteroberbau, konnte Max Bögl seine Produktpalette neben der Festen Fahrbahn Bögl und Light Rail Bögl für den Bahnbau komplettieren.
