Future investment in training - Max Bögl builds new training centre

The Max Bögl Group is building a modern training centre in the Deining business park until autumn 2019. Around 3 million euros will be invested in this to promote the training of young talent and for the training and further education of the core workforce.

On an area of around 4,500 m², a training hall for civil engineering, industry, wood and metal processing, electrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics will be built over the next few months, supplemented by seminar and training rooms and a large outdoor area for training on construction equipment. In the future, more than 300 trainees and dual students of the company group will be made fit for their professional careers here. In addition to teaching theoretical basics and practical skills, modern technologies and teaching methods are also used in times of digitization and Industry 4.0. The young people are looked after by an experienced and trained team of full-time trainers. Max Bögl is currently training 32 different professions and 3 dual courses of study in a wide variety of fields.

We will continue to focus on training our own employees and increase the number of our trainees to 500 in the next few years", explains Johann Bögl, shareholder of the Max Bögl group of companies.

In addition to the training of young people, the centre will also be used for the further training of skilled workers, all the more so to support lifelong learning and to continue to promote the innovative strength of employees.

 

Die Stoffkreisläufe sollen möglichst geschlossen und Schadstoffe ausgeschleust werden, damit Abfälle der Wirtschaft wieder als Sekundärrohstoffe zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Abfälle sind wertvolle Rohstoffe, die effektiv genutzt werden können, um natürliche Ressourcen zu schonen. Um Beeinträchtigungen des Wohls der Allgemeinheit zu verhindern, sind in der Deponieverordnung ergänzende Vorschriften für die Ablagerung von Reststoffen und die Ausbildung der Abdichtungssysteme geregelt. Im Sinne einer intakten Umwelt sind technisch anspruchsvolle Bauwerke erforderlich, die den strengen Anforderungen der Qualitätssicherung und des Arbeitsschutzes genügen.
