Today more than ever, the worldwide, extensive changes and the demand for diverse and intelligent infrastructure in the urban environment require new ways for the construction of infrastructure projects. In tunnel construction, in pipe jacking or in pipe rehabilitation, in the foundation of bridges or buildings or the securing of excavations - in all these tasks the Max Bögl Group brings its high level of expertise to the construction tasks set and thus ensures the maintenance and development of a new location or even an entire region. The complexity of these often enormous infrastructure projects requires good planning as well as a close integration of the various divisions of our group of companies in order to achieve the goals set by our customers with regard to quality, economic efficiency and adherence to schedules to their complete satisfaction.
Enhver forretningspartner, medarbejder eller ekstern tredjepart, som på grund af mulige overtrædelser, oplysninger eller mistanke om lovovertrædelser eller overtrædelse af Max Bögl’s virksomhedsetik ønsker at henvende sig til virksomheden, finder en tillidsfuld kontaktperson i form af ombudsmanden. Alle oplysninger behandles fortroligt, og informanten forbliver fuldt anonym. Og naturligvis vil informanten heller ikke have nogen grund til at frygte sanktioner fra virksomheden side som følge af de afgivne oplysninger.
Denne eksterne, neutrale mulighed foreligger ud over muligheden for at henvende sig til de ansvarlige ledere og til den centrale virksomhedsetiske ansvarlige. Med udnævnelsen af en ombudsmand ønsker man først og fremmest at henvende sig til forretningspartnere, medarbejdere og ledere, som føler sig usikre ved at videregive oplysninger, eller som føler behov for en personlig og fortrolig samtale.
