Quality means meeting the requirements and expectations of the customer. Consistent customer orientation is firmly anchored in the quality policy of Max Bögl. Quality management (QM) means not only passively checking or assuring quality, but actively generating (managing) it. The term quality management thus covers all activities that contribute to achieving customer requirements and our own quality standards. Each employee contributes his or her part to this. For this reason, quality management cannot be limited to individual areas, but must be applied holistically and at all times.

    The company group is certified according to the QM standard DIN EN ISO 9001. With this, Max Bögl proves its corporate commitment to systematic quality management by a neutral, accredited certification body.

    Contact persons (quality management representatives) from the respective business or central divisions as well as the responsible persons from the company QM are available to the employees at any time for general issues.

    In order to guarantee a constant quality of our products and processes, appropriate guidelines are defined. This determines in a concrete and comprehensible way what has to be done and by who and how. The specifications can be viewed digitally at any time using an IT application. The core processes are documented in a process-oriented way, for example with the help of the "maxlandkarte".

    Internal and external specifications and regulations are checked for compliance and implementation via audits. This is done by trained auditors by means of an assessment of the responsible departments and inspection of the documentation and processes. The departments receive a factual and expert evaluation and can continuously develop further with the gained knowledge.

    The basis of our actions is a zero-defect strategy. If an error occurs despite extensive precautions, we see this as an opportunity to improve. A targeted and cross-departmental analysis and implementation of measures prevents the recurrence of errors within the entire process chain.
