In May 2016, the asphalt road surface was paved in the Scheibengipfel tunnel under the "Achalm". A premiere for Max Bögl: Because the paving was carried out according to the principles of road construction 4.0 - using the construction process management software BPO Asphalt. With the real-time system "BauProzessOptimierung", or BPO for short, the Max Bögl Group hopes to improve control of the entire asphalt paving process and logistics from production to delivery and paving - and thus optimize the entire construction process.
