Model building project in many respects
In addition to these hard key figures, however, the construction project makes a central theme a model building project: In 460 working days, not a single accident occurred - this corresponds to a total of 420,000 accident-free working hours. This was made possible, among other things, by the deployment of additional HSSE managers, the system construction method with standardized processes and a special understanding of safety on the construction site.
The mega logistics centre conceals a special system construction method that not only saves time and money but also has a positive effect on occupational safety - the hall system Bögl.

"The construction project stands out in many respects - from the cooperation with the two supplying Max Bögl prefabricated parts plants, the elaboration of standards in the course of the Lean and maxpoint introduction and the promotion of BIM 360 to the special priority of occupational safety".
Acar Erkan, Site manager Systembau Nord
