The certificate was presented by President Josef Geiger at the BBIV general meeting in Munich. In his speech, he particularly praised the young prizewinners who, as the key to success, are energetically tackling the diverse and challenging construction tasks and continuously further their professional careers. This award honours trainees who present themselves as the flagship of their companies due to their outstanding achievements.

Prize winner Stefan Bierschneider, concrete and reinforced concrete constructor at Max Bögl, was awarded "Best Trainee 2015" by the Bavarian Construction Industry Association in mid-April this year.
